FIJISHI - DIVISIONS

Fijishi offers certification and review to firms, including insurers and reinsurers, through three divisions of one company.

Fijishi Constitutional Assurance (FCA) - certification of AI decisions against a named standard: the Kill-Switch Compliance Certificate and the Constitutional Baseline Review.

FSDA - review of AI contracts for override independence, IP completeness and upgrade independence: the Procurement Pre-Signature Review.

Juris - forensic case support when an AI decision is disputed, working to the instructions of licensed counsel acting for a firm. Juris does not practise law.

Every engagement is fixed in scope, with the fee fixed at intake (for Juris, when the matter is instructed), before any work begins. FCA and FSDA engagements each produce one finding, which the client owns outright. A Juris engagement provides forensic case support to the clients counsel.

How the divisions are kept independent of each other and of who pays: Governance. To start: Start an engagement.
