Five Eyes - CISA NSA NCSC-UK Canadian Centre for Cyber Security ASD ACSC NCSC-NZ - published joint agentic AI security guidance May 1 2026 noting attack surface from agentic AI deployments had become nationally consequential. ASD published Five Eyes cyber security agencies statement June 22 2026 warning AI compresses vulnerability discovery to exploitation timelines. Five Eyes alliance coordination relies on bilateral and multilateral MOUs through NSA GCHQ ASD CSEC and GCSB. Alliance cyber apparatus remains largely analytical rather than operational. C2PA Specification v2.3 December 2025 extended provenance standards from media to LLM outputs. Swedish Defence University research paper July 2026 identifies three legal regimes demanding defensible conclusions about AI-generated content authenticity. No Five Eyes member has a published cryptographic provenance standard for AI-generated intelligence used in domestic legal proceedings. The Five Eyes authorisation chain for human intelligence products cannot produce constitutional proof of correct operation for AI-generated intelligence products.
