June 22, 2026 - Formal technical engagement initiated with Estonian Information System Authority on constitutional command standard for EU AI Act August 2026 compliance. Fijishi proposed BSA-63 adapted for X-Road data flows, SAID constitutional gate for Bürokratt, and Estonia as independent constitutional command standard-setter for the EU.
