This website, the contact form, email sent to us, and material a client shares with us in an engagement.

This website

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Our web server records visitors' IP addresses in its logs, as web servers do, for security and to keep the site running.

The contact form and email

The contact form collects your name, your email address, a subject and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last message.

Messages to indexreport.protocol@fijishi.com about the Index are handled under the Index's corrections and right-of-reply policy; a reply is published only with the sender's agreement.

Client material in an engagement

  • Only Fijishi's two founders, Akhil Sharma and Preethi Sharma, see client material.
  • Client material is used only in services whose terms bar them from using it to train or improve their models.
  • Where decision samples contain personal data, we ask for them with customers' details removed wherever the work allows.
  • Material from a firm reviewed at a reinsurer's, capacity provider's or investor's request is treated as client material.
  • Client material is deleted within 30 days of the finding, unless the client asks otherwise.
  • The finding and the engagement record (the scope, the agreement and the invoices) are kept for 8 years, in line with the period Indian company law sets for books of account.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, write to protocol@fijishi.com. We reply within 5 business days. Records we must keep by law are kept for the period the law sets.
