Fijishi Portfolio Screening
One portfolio, read against one named question about AI decisions.
What it answers
For an investor, a reinsurer or another holder of many firms: across the companies in one named portfolio, which make AI decisions that a named rule reaches, and what does each company's own public record show about who is accountable for those decisions and who could stop them?
How it works
The screening uses public evidence only - each company's own filings and disclosures, and each regulator's published rules - read with the same method as the Fijishi Jurisdiction Index. For each company it states the rule that reaches it, what the company's own words say, and one open question. No company is ranked, scored or rated.
What you receive
One written screening, dated and signed by both founders, delivered only to you. It is not published.
Turnaround and fee
We confirm the turnaround at intake. The fee is fixed at intake, before any work begins, based on the size of the portfolio and the question, and does not depend on what the screening shows. Intake has no fee.
What this screening is not
It is not a rating, not investment advice and not a certification of any company. A company in the portfolio may commission its own Kill-Switch Certificate separately.
Independence
- – Fijishi never accepts a fee from a company in the portfolio for what the screening says about it.
- – Fijishi declines a screening that would cover a current Fijishi client, unless that client agrees to be named as one in it.
