Fijishi Deal Review
A target company's named AI systems, reviewed before a deal.
What it answers
Before an acquisition or an investment is signed: for the target company's named AI systems that make consequential decisions, which rules reach them, can the company show who is accountable for those decisions and who could stop them, and what would need to change?
Consent
A Deal Review is carried out only with the target company's written agreement. The commissioning party is the client and owns the finding; the target company receives a copy, and counts as a Fijishi client under the Juris firewall (Governance).
Evidence
We work from the target's own records, provided through the deal process, and accept existing reports and certificates as evidence, read for what they show about each named decision.
What you receive
One dated finding for each named system, signed by both founders: what met the requirement, what did not, and what would need to change.
Turnaround and fee
We confirm the turnaround at intake, to fit the deal timetable. The fee is fixed at intake, before any work begins, and does not depend on the finding or on whether the deal goes ahead. Intake has no fee.
What this review is not
It is not legal, tax or valuation advice, and not a full due diligence. It sits alongside the work of the deal's own counsel and advisers.
