– During the vendor's model updates, every claim goes to manual review; the update log for the month confirms it.

Noted, without changing the finding
– The vendor contract lets the vendor decide when model updates run. A material change to the system or the contract ends this certificate's validity.

Validity
A certificate is dated and valid for one year, or until the system or the requirement changes materially, whichever comes first. Renewal is a new engagement with its own fixed fee.

Independence
The fee was fixed at intake and did not depend on this finding. Fijishi did not design, build, sell or implement this system.
