What We Certify

Fijishi Certification - certification of AI decisions against a named standard: the Kill-Switch Certificate and the Baseline Review.

Fijishi Procurement Review - review of AI contracts for override independence, IP completeness and upgrade independence: how the Procurement Review works.

Fijishi Portfolio Screening - one portfolio, read from public evidence against one named question about AI decisions.

Fijishi Deal Review - a target companys named AI systems, reviewed before a deal, with the companys written agreement.

Fijishi Juris - forensic case support when an AI decision is disputed, working to the instructions of licensed counsel acting for a firm. Juris does not practise law.

Every engagement is fixed in scope, with the fee fixed at intake (for Juris, when the matter is instructed), before any work begins. Each produces one deliverable, which the client owns outright; a Juris engagement provides forensic case support to the clients counsel. A certificate is dated and valid for one year, or until the system or the requirement changes materially, whichever comes first. Renewal is a new engagement with its own fixed fee.

How each is kept independent of who pays: Governance. How it works: How certification works. To start: Start an engagement.
