Technical engagement initiated with Norway NSM on sovereign command override architecture for Norwegian AI systems operating on foreign-governed infrastructure. Fijishi proposed BSA-63 Norwegian Sovereign Attestation Standard, Sovereign Algorithmic Immunity Protocol, and Total Defence AI Command Architecture.
