FIJISHI // REQUEST SOVEREIGN BRIEFING

CLASSIFICATION: FIJISHI RESTRICTED // SOVEREIGN ACCESS CHANNEL

Executive Context
The Sovereign Briefing is the mandatory, confidential proceeding that precedes any formal engagement with Fijishi. It is not a sales presentation, nor a technology demonstration. It is a constitutional and doctrinal alignment sessiondesigned to determine the feasibility of sovereign integration between Fijishi’s capabilities and a state’s strategic, legal, and infrastructural mandates.

This pathway exists exclusively for verified representatives of national governments, central banks, defense institutions, and vetted intergovernmental bodies. All engagements operate under classified conditions and are protected by the Meta-Compliance Doctrine.

1.0 Prerequisites for Request
A briefing request will be considered only if the individual meets all of the following criteria:

Communication: The request must originate from an official domain (e.g., .gov, .mil, .int, .org) and follow diplomatic protocol where applicable.

Authority: The individual must possess or represent authority to initiate a national-level strategic pilot or procurement review.

Classification Agreement: All participants are required to execute the Fijishi Non-Disclosure Agreement (FI-NDA-2025) prior to briefing coordination.
