FWD-7 How the drafts fit together
Fijishi Working Draft 7 – 14 October 2026
The idea
One decision, one record. A firm should not need six separate evidence trails to answer six questions about the same AI decision. The drafts are designed so that one record, kept well, answers all of them.
How the drafts connect
- FWD-2: The record of an AI decision is the base.
- FWD-1: Stopping an AI decision – every stop, override and restart is written into that record.
- FWD-3: Explaining an AI decision – explanations are drawn from that record.
- FWD-4: Control of AI decision data – keeps that record available across vendors and borders, and on exit.
- FWD-5: Digital evidence that holds up – makes that record usable in proceedings.
- FWD-6: Synthetic content – records the checks made on the content a decision relied on.
How it relates to existing work
The drafts are meant to operate inside an AI management system, such as one certified to ISO/IEC 42001, and alongside the firm's risk framework. They do not replace either. Where a rule binds the firm, the rule governs.
Which product uses which draft
- Kill-Switch Compliance Certificate – FWD-1, with FWD-2.
- Constitutional Baseline Review – FWD-2, FWD-3 and FWD-6.
- Procurement Pre-Signature Review – FWD-4.
- Juris – FWD-5, with FWD-2 and FWD-3.
