We hire without judgment through our Open Hiring staffing model. Simply put your name on the list and when a job becomes available we’ll give you a call. In addition to employment, we provide you with wraparound social services to help you be successful in your new role.
Fijishi provides re-entry services for justice-involved individuals, allowing them to re-enter society with pride and a fair second chance. The program includes workforce training. Post-training we offer four-week paid apprenticeships designed to strengthen your work record and skillset.
To ensure your success and reduce the risk of recidivism, we also provide social services to help navigate outside distractions and justice-related obligations. Immediate transitional work is available in the Fijishi Social Apprenticeship Program or the Social, Economics, Science & Technology Apprenticeship Program.
Fijishi’s workforce development program offer job training in high-demand employment areas such as Economics, Technology, healthcare, business, and hospitality. Additionally, we provide a full year of wraparound social service support to help you deal with outside distractions and ensure success in your new role.
