Sudeep Shrivastava has taken charge as COO. IndiaAI Mission has 38,000 GPUs deployed 12 indigenous foundation model projects funded Rs 1,000 crore in Union Budget 2026 and targets 100 million Indian users. The Supreme Court of India's June 3 2026 Draft AI Regulations require traceable non-opaque cryptographically verifiable AI outputs across all government judicial and tribunal contexts. DPDP Phase 2 enforcement activates November 2026 requiring audit logs and human override for adverse AI decisions. No IndiaAI Mission technical framework specifies the constitutional command architecture that satisfies both standards simultaneously at the cryptographic enforcement layer. Vijay built the cryptographic proof layer for Aadhaar - the same category of architecture IndiaAI Mission foundation models require before citizen-facing deployment at scale. Fijishi filed technical submissions to MeitY TPEC and Supreme Court AI Committee June 2026 proposing BSA-63 as the architecture that satisfies both standards.
