FIJISHI EPL - The Name
Fijishi combines two ideas.
Fi - from frequency: the physics of signal and boundary. What determines whether a system operates within a defined limit, and what happens when it does not.
Jishi - from the Sanskrit for engineering: not the building of things, but the discipline of building things that hold - structures that persist when the systems around them fail.
Fijishis doctrine asks one question about every autonomous system: what is it permitted to do, and who has the authority to stop it. The name is a statement of that mandate.
