UK MoD signed £240 million no-bid Palantir contract December 2025 for strategic tactical and live operational decision-making analytics across classifications. UK Palantir contracts total over £900 million across NHS MoD police FCA AWE Nuclear Security Technologies. Germany Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution selected French ChapsVision over Palantir May 2026. France DGSI replacing Palantir with ChapsVision June 2026. Switzerland pursuing domestic alternatives. Two senior MoD engineers warned it poses national security threat. CLOUD Act enforceability against US court orders for UK data has never been tested. Constitutional command audit trail specifying sufficient thresholds purpose limitation restricted methods does not exist in UK MoD Palantir contract.
