This forum holds Fijishi's research papers from 2023 to 2026, kept as they were published, each with its date.
On 15 October 2026 we moved 66 papers in this forum out of public view. Their titles or framing addressed named office-holders, made claims we cannot fully support today, or fall outside Fijishi's current work. They are not deleted: their texts are kept in Fijishi's records and are available on request. Where one of them was deposited on Zenodo, that deposit remains as a dated record of its time and is not current Fijishi work.
The papers that remain are written in the language of their time. Where a paper describes Fijishi's audience or work as governments, states, courts or regulators, or refers to a Vault, to material for verified entities, to briefings, to adoption by states, or to being applied through Fijishi Certification, Fijishi Procurement Review or Fijishi Juris, that is withdrawn. Technical claims in them describe proposals, not capabilities Fijishi offers. Fijishi does not sell or pitch to any regulator or government the Index covers.
