Formal technical engagement initiated with Singapore IMDA on Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI Version 1.5. Fijishi proposed pre-execution constitutional gate for agent sprawl, cryptographic cascade containment standard, and technical proof standard for legal accountability. Formal offer made to contribute to Version 2.0 as technical expert.
