Technical engagement initiated with Brazil ANPD proposing three specific technical measures - BSA-63 as Brazil's Constitutional AI Audit Standard, Constitutional Command Parameters for the Regulatory Sandbox, and a Cross-Sector Constitutional Command Architecture for the SIA - each designed to give the ANPD technical architecture that makes its enforcement actions appellate-proof before the first one is filed.
