Fijishi proposed BSA-63 Kill Switch Attestation Standard, Sovereign Algorithmic Immunity Protocol, Pre-Execution Constitutional Gate, and Constitutional Command Authority designation framework - addressing all 64 paragraphs of the draft through both formal email submission and para-wise comments on the Connect 2 Regulate portal.
